Given the increasing complexity of medical devices and the need for high safety, the use of these indicators can play an important role in improving the quality and \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: #051051;\">PCD Chemical Indicator in Sterilization Process<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: #051051;\">How to Use a Chemical Indicator<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Step 1: Prepare the PCD Indicator<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Select the appropriate PCD type: First, the appropriate PCD should be selected based on the type of sterilization process (steam, plasma, ETO, formaldehyde) and the type of instrument (with lumen, without lumen, hollow or solid).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Placing a chemical indicator inside the PCD: If PCDs are used that require an indicator to be embedded (such as reusable models), a class 5 or 6 chemical indicator must be placed inside.
